A year after the latest edition of Salone Internazionale del Mobile, PIANCA returns to Milan inspired by its many successes and with new products to showcase for the 57th edition of the Salone.

The display, which, once again, has been prepared by the Calvi Brambilla Studio, proposes a wide range of projects for living and sleeping residential quarters, which best embody the PIANCA identity and its continuous search for excellence. Elegant combinations define everyday spaces interpreted with fresh and contemporary taste.

The LOGOS family of containers for the bedroom area transcends its original identity, becoming a cupboard, now available in two sizes, with different heights. All end tables of the brand new BAIO series, designed by Calvi Brambilla, share an exclusive plinth at the base of each foot, a stylish detail that makes this collection unique.

MAESTRO, an iconic project born of the pencil of Emilio Nanni, is a very successful table proposed now in a new guise, with a round surface. Nanni also designed the eccentric and fascinating OLTRE mirror, an object that is half-way between art and design, concept and synthesis, and ideal to enhance entertainment areas like living rooms, as well as intimate environments like bedrooms.

Back is also the partnership with Philippe Tabet, designer of the FUSHIMI bed, who chooses to extensively broaden the same inspiring motif. Symmetry, harmony and essential elements are the features of the Fushimi Inari Japanese sanctuary that fascinate Tabet, pushing him to re-interpret it under personal lenses. That is how the FUSHIMI and INARI series are born. They feature clean, soft and continuous lines: an ensemble of positively versatile furnishing solutions, with a tamed and charming character, which are suitable to enhance a multiplicity of residential settings. Tabet is also the designer of the ORCHESTRA chair, with its reassuring and harmonious shapes, comfortable in both versions, with and without armrests.

The ALL IN sofa is by Studio CMP, which marries generous and impressive volumes to a bold structural choice. The wide and deep seat is 18 cm from the ground; the considerable suspension space engenders an effect of surprising lightness, which is unusual for a sofa. PIANCA also brings to the Fair two structures, a linear one with three modules and a symmetrical one, with annexed chaise longue. CONTRALTO, a collection of precious and functional accessories with linear and minimalist forms bears the signature of Studio CMP.

PIANCA’s great classics, first among them the PEOPLE and SPAZIOTECA modular systems, will also return to the Salone. The combinations created ad hoc to be showcased in Milan are elegant and sophisticated, and rich of distinguishing details. Some examples are backlit shelves, cowhide and technical fabric for fronts, silk-screened bronze mirrors for display cabinets, and marbles for tops and rears. In particular, among casegoods showcased in the booth, we find two new lacquered colors that enhance the already vibrant PIANCA range. In addition to consolidating partnerships and broaden its collections with new products, the Company continues to endeavor to completely overhaul its proposals for living rooms and bedrooms. It gives again attention to details, proportions and design. This is where the new collections are headed: brand new models for doors, exclusive opening mechanisms, internal functional spaces that can be suitably accessorized, and new finishes.

PIANCA, which is always attentive to the expectations of a multifaceted and demanding clientele, reconfirms its goal to offer versatile and efficient solutions. Warm and wrapping moods tell of a unique style, rich elements reminiscent of tradition, and audacious innovative accents. Made in Italy, quality and elegance are the attributes that exquisitely interweave to engender the domestic atmosphere of contemporary living.
